State Audit Institution Participates in the GCC Anti-Corruption Experts Committee Meeting

State Audit Institution is participating today, Wednesday, January,29th, in the 35th meeting of GCC Anti-Corruption Experts Committee via videoconferencing. Several representatives of entities concerned with promoting integrity and combating corruption in the GCC countries are attending the meeting.

The meeting agenda includes several topics for discussion, most notably a proposal to conduct a workshop entitled "Asset Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest Management" coordinated between the General Secretariat of the GCC and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (Abu Dhabi) at the General Secretariat headquarters. The meeting will also address the selection of 2026 annual event theme, as well as the discussion of 2024 annual event recommendations.
